By accessing or using PublishAnytime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of PublishAnytime after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PublishAnytime is a social media management platform that allows you to:

• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Publish posts, images, and articles to LinkedIn personal profiles and Company Pages
• Upload and publish video content to TikTok and YouTube through official API integrations
• Manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Business/Creator accounts
• Analyze social media performance and engagement across all connected platforms
• Collaborate with team members on social media campaigns
• Manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard
• Access AI-powered content suggestions and optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. Platform integrations depend on the availability and policies of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest), which may change without notice.

To use PublishAnytime, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (or 13 with parental consent in jurisdictions where permitted).

You agree not to use PublishAnytime to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our service
• Use automated tools to access our service without permission
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

PublishAnytime integrates with various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. By connecting your accounts:

• You grant us permission to access and manage your content on those platforms according to the permissions you explicitly authorize
• You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines
• You acknowledge that platform changes may affect our service functionality
• You can revoke access permissions at any time through your account settings or directly through each platform's app authorization settings
• You agree to comply with all connected platforms' terms including LinkedIn's User Agreement, Meta's Platform Terms, X's Terms of Service, TikTok's Platform Policy and Community Guidelines, Google's Terms of Service, and Pinterest's Developer and API Terms

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party social media platforms. Our integrations comply with each platform's respective developer terms and API policies.

LinkedIn Integration Terms

By connecting your LinkedIn account, you explicitly consent to PublishAnytime storing your LinkedIn profile data. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Professional Community Policies
• You will not use PublishAnytime to violate LinkedIn's terms, including prohibitions on creating false identities, scraping data, or using unauthorized automated methods
• You are responsible for the content you publish to LinkedIn through our platform
• We process your LinkedIn data in accordance with LinkedIn's Developer Agreement and API Terms of Service
• You can revoke PublishAnytime's access to your LinkedIn account at any time through LinkedIn's settings

X (Twitter) Integration Terms

By connecting your X account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with X's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Rules and Policies
• You are responsible for all content published to X through our platform
• We process your X data in accordance with X's Developer Agreement and Developer Policy
• You can revoke PublishAnytime's access to your X account at any time through X's app settings

Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Terms

By connecting your Facebook or Instagram accounts, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and applicable policies
• You are responsible for all content published to Meta's platforms through our service
• We process Platform Data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Facebook Platform Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through Facebook's Business Integrations settings

TikTok Integration Terms

By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Platform Policy
• You are responsible for all video content published to TikTok through our platform
• We process your TikTok data in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms and API Terms of Service
• You can revoke access at any time through TikTok's app authorization settings

Pinterest Integration Terms

By connecting your Pinterest account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer and API Terms
• You are responsible for all Pins and content published to Pinterest through our platform
• We process your Pinterest data in accordance with Pinterest's Developer and API Terms of Service
• You can revoke PublishAnytime's access to your Pinterest account at any time through Pinterest's app settings
• You will not use PublishAnytime to create misleading or spammy Pins, or to violate Pinterest's advertising and commercial guidelines

Platform-Specific Terms: Additional terms for Google/YouTube integration are detailed in Section 6 below. Violation of any connected platform's terms may result in suspension or termination of your PublishAnytime account.

PublishAnytime allows you to upload videos to YouTube using your Google account. By using PublishAnytime's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We use Google's OAuth 2.0 to request the minimum scopes necessary for user-facing features (for example, uploading videos you choose). We do not request restricted scopes unless clearly required for disclosed features.

Scopes and Permissions

• We request upload-related and, where necessary, read-only scopes to let you select a channel and confirm upload status.
• You can revoke PublishAnytime access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and transmitted over TLS.

Compliance

• We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features you request.
• We do not transfer Google user data except to provide the app, comply with law, or with your consent.

Data Retention

We retain upload job metadata (e.g., status, title, scheduled time) only as long as needed to complete publishing and provide history in your account. On disconnection, we delete stored Google OAuth tokens immediately and remove Google/YouTube metadata within 30 days unless law requires longer retention or you request earlier deletion.

YouTube functionality depends on YouTube API availability and policies, which may change over time. Some features or quotas may be limited by YouTube.

PublishAnytime offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

• Billing occurs monthly based on your selected plan
• All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information on our servers.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and post through PublishAnytime. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: PublishAnytime and all related technology, software, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Trademarks: PublishAnytime, our logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using PublishAnytime, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability: PublishAnytime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PublishAnytime.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party social media platforms or any damages resulting from their use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or contacting us.

Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to PublishAnytime will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.

Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PublishAnytime will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
